Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your booking please allow up to 12 hours before your scheduled booking slot. To cancel your booking please allow up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking slot. If cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled booking slot, a fee of 50% of the booking cost will be charged. In the case of a no-show, a fee of 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
