Terms and Conditions

Bookings

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required within five (5) days of receiving your invoice. Along with the deposit, a completed and signed Booking Confirmation Form and Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) must be submitted.

Please note, all bookings are tentative until the deposit has been paid and the required forms are completed and emailed to gianna@antoniosthewarehouse.com.au. If these conditions are not met within the five-day timeframe, the requested date will be released and made available to other prospective clients.

A receipt confirming the deposit payment must be submitted via email before your booking is officially confirmed.
We offer the option to reschedule bookings, subject to the availability of the desired new date.

Cancellations

If a confirmed booking is cancelled prior to the event, the deposit and any additional payments made will be forfeited. All fees related to bookings are non-refundable unless one of the following exceptions applies:

Natural Disasters: If a natural disaster prevents the event from taking place, depending on the circumstances, we will offer free rescheduling or a full refund.
Cancellation by Antonio’s the Warehouse: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided promptly.

Liquor must not, under any circumstances, be supplied to minors.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. If found, Antonio’s staff will address the situation and notify the relevant authorities.

Event Completion

All guests must vacate the premises by 12:30 AM. The hirer has until 1:00 AM to complete the pack-down checklist and return the keys to the lockbox. Failure to adhere to these timeframes will result in the bond being withheld.
All hired equipment and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the event unless alternative arrangements have been pre-approved via email with Antonio’s staff.

The hirer must follow the pack-down checklist provided. This checklist must be completed by the conclusion of the event unless other arrangements have been made with Antonio’s The Warehouse staff in advance.

Any damage caused to furniture or property will result in the bond being withheld. If the repair or replacement cost exceeds the bond amount, the hirer will be liable for the additional costs. An invoice detailing the repair costs will be sent to the hirer, and payment must be made within five (5) days of receiving the invoice.
